Caterer’s Gold Licence

The Restaurant and Catering Gold Licence Accreditation scheme is a symbol of quality that members of the public can trust when hiring a caterer.

The Gold Licence recognises caterers who achieve satisfactory food safety, professionalism and work standards within in their businesses.

The requirements for the Caterer’s Gold License are:

  • The caterer must operate from a commercial kitchen which has been inspected and passed by the local government authority
  • Must employ a senior person with at least five years experience in the hospitality industry or extensive trade qualifications
  • Must maintain workers compensation and public liability insurance

Amory Catering was amongst the first group of Sydney caterers to be granted the Gold Licence at a Gala Evening at Oatland House in 1994. Our Gold Licence number is 006.
